Daegu FC spent years in a bowl built for the 2002 World Cup. In 2019 the club moved to a ground in Buk-gu with none of that distance: 12,419 seats, all of them close, on a plot where the stands are the boundary.
The building has never settled on a name. It went up as Daegu Forest Arena — the name it also carried for AFC fixtures — became DGB Daegu Bank Park when it opened in March 2019, and took its present title in January 2025 when the bank rebranded.
The attendance record belongs to a February evening in 2025, when 12,240 came in for Daegu against Gangwon in the K League 1 — effectively the ground full. Before that, the most-cited nights were domestic: a 3-1 win over Melbourne Victory in the AFC Champions League in 2019, a meeting with Lion City Sailors in 2022, and the second leg of the 2024 relegation playoff, where Daegu beat Chungnam Asan 3-1 in extra time and stayed up.
In August 2025 the ground drew a different sort of visitor when FC Barcelona played Daegu in a friendly there. Two months later the surrounding streets were given over to the fifth Daegu Tteokbokki Festival.
