Estadio Ciudad de Río Cuarto Antonio Candini

Estudiantes own the ground on Avenida España, and the record crowd there dates from a friendly in May 1966 — a visit from Independiente that ended in a 3–0 defeat. The gate came in at more than 2 million pesos.

The first concrete grandstand was inaugurated in August 1959 against Newell's Old Boys; artificial lighting followed in January 1961, switched on for a night fixture against Chacarita Juniors. Renovated dressing rooms beneath the west stand opened in April 1975. A new south stand went up in early 2010, and the floodlights were replaced with LED units in 2020.

The name came later than the ground itself. Antonio Candini, who died in 1992, was president of Estudiantes from 1974 to 1978; his name was added to the original Estadio Ciudad de Río Cuarto rather than swapped in for it. In Río Cuarto the place is simply El Candini.

It has taken visitors from outside the city as well. Estudiantes hosted National Championship fixtures across 1983, 1984 and 1985, including a 2–2 draw with River Plate in 1984. Deportivo Madryn used it as a home ground during the 2024 Primera Nacional season. The Argentina national side has played here too. After promotion to the Primera División in 2024/25, the celebration was held on the pitch: a barbecue and a DJ.
