Estadio Presbítero Bartolomé Grella

The name over the gate belongs to a priest. Presbítero Bartolomé Grella founded the club and gave it its shape, and the ground in the Вилья-Сармьенто district of Парана has carried his name since the day it opened in 1956.

The ground sits inside a block bounded by Presbítero Grella, Сан-Николас, Аякучо and Avenida Churruarín. The first push came in 1978, when Патронато qualified for the Торнео Насьональ and the club answered with a 3,000-seat stand and standing room for another 3,000, split evenly. The bigger change came in 1999: the old stand on Сан-Николас was demolished outright and replaced by one holding 15,000, which is where the present figure of 22,000 comes from.

Two later rounds of work were driven by what the club had qualified for rather than by what the ground needed. In 2010, promotion to Примера B Насьональ brought AFA requirements with it — the pitch was reseeded, the stands repainted, press boxes and a doping-control room built, the dressing rooms rebuilt. In 2023 it was the Кубок Либертадорес debut: LED floodlights, another reseeding, an irrigation system installed.

The pattern holds across seven decades. Патронато play their way into something, and the ground is brought up to meet it afterwards.
