The building was designed by Populous with the Australian architect Дэймон Лавелле, and the natural grass pitch measures 105 by 68 metres. The address still reads Олимпийский проспект, 15, though the town of Сириус only became a federal territory in 2020 — before that, the same address belonged to Сочи.
