Focus Community Arena

The ground sits tucked away in the Adeyfield district. The stands are simple structures, low to the ground, with covered terraces behind the goals that have been there since the early 2000s. The CRK Windows Stand replaced an old terrace in 2015. What defines the place is the surface. It is not natural grass but a 3G synthetic pitch, laid down in 2020. The appearance of the field has shifted since the days when Hemel Hempstead Town F.C. first played here in 1972. Back then, as part of the merger with Hemel Hempstead United, the land was still Cox Pond Farm, a piece of agricultural ground. The modern era began with the rebuilding of the clubhouse and changing rooms after a fire in 1992. A recent refurbishment sponsored by Focus Rigging & Scaffolding Ltd brought the renaming, but the identity of the club remains rooted in the old Vauxhall Road address. That game was played at the previous ground, Crabtree Lane, but the memory persists.
