The capacity has shrunk since the original terraces were removed in 2003, when regulations forced the venue to become all-seater. The current list of 6,300 seats is not the final number; there are plans for a major renovation that would expand the capacity to 9,000, though that project remains in the planning phase. The ground has hosted several tenants over the years. After serving as the home for Ethnikos Piraeus FC between 2017 and 2021 while their traditional stadium was being demolished, it returned to being the permanent home of Athens Kallithea FC. The club has been here since the very beginning, keeping the local identity intact through the decades.
