Hanson Stadium
Forest Grove, United States
Formerly: Lincoln Park Stadium
The stadium sits under a roof that covers only the main grandstand, the result of a gift that changed its name in 2014. It was once Lincoln Park Stadium, but the gift from Rich and Joy Hanson funded the canopy and the renaming followed. The building opened in September 2007 as part of a joint development between Pacific University and the City of Forest Grove, sitting at 2043 College Way.
The facility sits on the university's Forest Grove campus.
The surface is FieldTurf Classic HD, installed when the ground opened and replaced in 2017. The choice of synthetic turf was driven by durability and playability in the wet Northwest climate. The university's track and field, soccer, and women's lacrosse teams also use the pitch. The total project cost for the complex was $11 million. The stadium serves as the home venue for Pacific University's athletic teams, including football.
