Khaled Bichara Stadium
El Gouna, Egypt
Formerly: El Gouna Stadium
Khaled Bichara Stadium replaced the older El Gouna Stadium in February 2020, renaming the venue after the former club chief. Those lights were installed during a renovation in 2018, turning the ground from a daytime-only fixture into one that can host evening matches.
The capacity is recorded differently depending on who you ask, with figures sitting between 12,000 and 15,000. It served as a neutral venue for the 2013–14 CAF Champions League group stage, hosting matches that involved Zamalek SC, Al-Ahly, and Orlando Pirates. It has also seen the Egypt national team, including a 4–2 victory over Guinea in 2014. The ground is part of the larger resort town developed by Orascom, and the club’s online presence is found on the main town portal rather than a dedicated stadium site. There is no public record of the highest number of people ever packed inside, nor is there a specific address listed beyond the town name.
