Legia Training Center
Książenice, Poland
The training ground sits outside Warsaw, near the village of Książenice, and it is not where the first team plays. It is a development facility built for the younger players and the reserve side, Legia Warszawa II. The main stadium at the centre of the complex opened in July 2020. The project was led by the club and carried out by the contractor PORR S.A.
The capacity is 1,000 spectators. The playing surface is natural grass, maintained to the same standard as the main stadium in the capital. The club has eight full-size pitches in total, and the groundskeeper ensures the grass species are consistent across the site.
The facility is situated approximately 30 km from the city centre. The official address is ul. Legionistów 3, and the complex is marketed as the 'Second Home of Legia Warsaw'.
