Městský fotbalový stadion Srbská
Brno, Czechia
Formerly: Stadion Královo Pole, WEDOS Arena, ADAX INVEST Arena, ShipEx Arena
Королево Поле is not where you would expect Brno's top-flight football to live.
That reconstruction set the terraces at 12,550. The number came down again in 2015, when a roof went over the western stand for 15 million crowns and took the capacity to its present figure. Work has continued since 2024 — seats, floodlights and the pitch itself are being replaced, with the programme running to 2026.
The pitch measures 105 by 68 metres and was laid to UEFA's 2003 specification; the lighting runs at 1,200 lux.
The bigger crowds belong to an earlier configuration. Czechoslovakia beat Denmark 5-1 here in 1959 in front of 30,000. The Czechoslovak athletics championships were staged on the site in 1952. Much later, in 2002, Czechia and Slovakia drew 1-1 in a friendly.
The name has changed almost as often as the tenants: Stadion Královo Pole , then Městský fotbalový stadion Srbská, then WEDOS Arena, ADAX INVEST Arena, and ShipEx Arena since 2025. Visiting clubs have used it too — 1. SC Znojmo, SFC Opava, and since 2025 SK Artis Brno as tenant.
