Migori Stadium The playing surface is natural grass.

The facility has a long history of being incomplete. Construction started in 2014 with an initial allocation of funds, but work stalled after only the field leveling and fencing were finished. An Auditor General report from 2017 revealed that millions had been paid for upgrades, yet the stadium remained abandoned and unfinished for years. The project only began to move forward again in 2019, when the county government under Governor Okoth Obado allocated Sh80 million to complete the stalled work. Today, the stadium is undergoing a major upgrade to become a CAF-standard facility with a capacity of 10,000 seats, funded by the Migori County Government and supported by the National Olympic Committee of Kenya (NOC-K) and the OlympAfrica Foundation.
