The exception came on 23 October 2021, when Forfar Athletic arrived for a second-round tie and left with a 2-0 win.
On 2 August it staged a first-round Irn-Bru Cup match between Formartine United and Aberdeen 's under-20 side, which the young Aberdeen team won 5-2; Scott Wright took a hat-trick.
Earlier that year, on 1 May, the ground hosted Teuchters v Toonsers , a charity match putting Highland League veterans against Aberdeen players in aid of Maggie's.
