ÖHK-hallen: Stadium in Gothenburg

ÖHK-hallen sits in the Önnered district of Gothenburg.

The building has lived through a few changes. The original stands from 1992 were extended before the last competitive season began.

Önnereds HK played the women's final series here for the first time. They did not win, losing the tie to IK Sävehof, but the ground hosted the decisive moments. Later in the same season, the men's side reached the final as well, though their matches were played elsewhere.

The facility includes other halls for training, but the main hall is where the focus remains. It is a place for the Swedish Handbollsligan, the top division for both men and women. The surface is standard for handball, a hard wooden court that echoes the sound of the ball.
