Stade du Pré Fleuri
Sermoise-sur-Loire, France
The ground is not in Nevers proper, but just across the river in Sermoise-sur-Loire. That distance does not make it a provincial outpost; it is the home of USON Nevers Rugby .
Stade du Pré Fleuri looks quiet from the outside, but the interior is a layering of different eras. The most visible change is the surface. The hybrid turf that served the team through the PRO D2 era was replaced in 2025 with a synthetic pitch, a move intended to handle the wear of high-level rugby and allow for concerts when the fixtures are not tight.
There is a sense of constant work here. The "SEVEN" building at the rear of the main stand houses the lounge and partner spaces, while a new southern stand is planned to push the capacity over ten thousand. The stadium has not hosted the national team or a final, but it has held its own in the French second tier. It is a functional ground, not a cathedral, but it has earned its place in the circuit through a series of upgrades that refused to stop.
