The main stand at Stadio Virgilio Fedini is a long, single-storey structure of concrete and brick, topped by a corrugated metal roof that cantilevers out over the lower concrete stairs. The concrete columns are spaced evenly along the length of the building, while the red brickwork fills the spaces between them. A smaller, open steel framework stands to one side, contrasting with the solidity of the main structure.

The stadium sits behind a red brick wall that runs along the street, separating the grounds from the public parking area. The wall is marked with graffiti, and a white metal gate provides access to the site. Above the main entrance, a concrete balcony protrudes, and a blue sign reads “STADIO COMUNALE”. To the right of the entrance, a sign for a “BAR BIANCO AZZURRO” sits above a shuttered window.

The ground opened in 1966, though the current main stand dates from 1996, when the structure replaced the old stadium on the same site. A.C. Sangiovannese 1927 plays here, and the venue has a capacity of 3,378.
