Stadion Miejski „Stal” w Rzeszowie

Rzeszów is a city with one club and one stadium, and the Stadion Miejski „Stal” has stood as its ground since 1955, long before the city had much else to point to on a football map. The name outlasted the club's ownership changes: Stal built it, Stal still plays there, and in 2006 the ground itself passed into the hands of the city, a shift that settled the question of who keeps the lights on without changing who takes the pitch on matchdays.

The natural grass pitch has stayed constant through the decades even as the surrounding stands and capacity have shifted with each round of work.

Sitting on Hetmańska street, the stadium holds just over eleven and a half thousand, modest by the standards of Poland's larger cities but enough for a club whose identity has never really been separate from this one address.
