Tüpraş Stadyumu (Beşiktaş Park)

Ask a Beşiktaş fan what the ground on Dolmabahçe Gazhane Caddesi is called and the answer depends on the year. It opened as Vodafone Arena, became Vodafone Park in 2017 after Turkish authorities ordered the word "arena" stripped from stadium names, and has carried the name of the refiner Tüpraş since that September.

The site is the old Beşiktaş home ground, demolished in June 2013 and rebuilt from the foundations up within a few hundred metres of the Bosphorus, squeezed into the Dolmabahçe district rather than pushed to the edge of the city. DB Architects, led by Bünyamin Derman, fitted the new bowl into that tight footprint at a cost of around 110 million euros. Competitive football returned on 11 April 2016, when Beşiktaş beat Bursaspor 3-2 in the Süper Lig.

The pitch was a first for Turkish football: hybrid turf, laid here before any other ground in the country adopted it, and relaid again in 2024.

The stadium has also hosted fixtures far beyond its own colours. Liverpool beat Chelsea here on penalties in the 2019 UEFA Super Cup final, and the ground is set to stage the 2026 UEFA Europa League final. Its record crowd came on derby night, 29 March 2025, when 41,843 watched Beşiktaş beat Galatasaray 2-1. Between matches it doubles as a concert venue — Andrea Bocelli has performed there, and Guns N' Roses have a date booked.
