The ground sits on what passes for a main thoroughfare in the village of Vilkhivtsi, tucked away in the Zakarpattia Oblast. It is not a grand edifice; there is no running track and the floodlights are not standard equipment. The capacity is modest, holding just 1,500 spectators.
SC Vilkhivtsi calls this pitch home. The team was admitted to the Ukrainian Second League (Group A) only recently, having previously dominated the local Zakarpattia Oblast championship as an amateur outfit. That transition from village pride to professional competition has not changed the physical reality of the stadium. The surface is natural grass, mirroring the long history of the club which traces its roots back to 1969.
There is a common confusion regarding the name. Another stadium exists in a different village of the same name, located in the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, which was rebuilt in 2019. This venue is distinct. It does not carry the history of the other. The club’s president, Mykhailo Tsirik, oversees operations here.
In the 2025/26 season, the side finished eighth in their group.
