Vaasan Sähkö Areena sits in the Kuparisaari district of Vaasa. The venue has always been built for ice.
The capacity is 5,200.
Four full-sized rinks sit inside the complex. Three are open for public use while the main hall hosts Vaasan Sport and the Suomi-sarja side Waasa Red Ducks.
Concerts are a secondary use. The Polar Sound Festival brought Scooter here in 2016 with 4,500 people in the hall. Haloo Helsinki! and Apulanta have also played the stage.
