Kristoffer Zachariassen

Kristoffer Zachariassen took the long way to the top of Norwegian football, spending his first senior years at Nest-Sotra in the country's lower divisions before a move to Sarpsborg 08 in January 2017 turned him into a regular starter. He scored 8 goals in his debut season there and enough to earn a transfer to Rosenborg in January 2020 for a fee of roughly €940,000.

His single full season at Rosenborg was: 12 goals in 29 Eliteserien games in 2020, followed by 8 in just 12 matches before he left in 2021 — form that made him the club's top scorer in the league at the time and earned him the Eliteserien Player of the Month award in May 2021. Rosenborg's sporting director, Mikael Dorsin, called the sale to Ferencváros a "good deal" for the Trondheim club.

He has also lifted the Magyar Kupa twice, though the 2024–25 final brought disappointment: a goal disallowed against Paks before Ferencváros lost on penalties.

Internationally, he won three caps for Norway in 2021 and 2022, all in friendlies, without scoring. In January 2026 it was reported that he would be granted Hungarian citizenship.
