Bedfont Sports

Bedfont Sports spent the 2025–26 season back in the Isthmian League, having lost in 2023. They returned by winning the Combined Counties Premier North play-offs in 2025.

The drop came a year after the worst night in the club's history. In August 2022 a fire damaged the pitch and the junior facilities at the Bedfont Recreation Ground on Hatton Road. The clubhouse was saved. The 2021–22 season had just produced the club's best run in the FA Cup, which ended in the Fourth Qualifying Round.

Before that, the trophies were local ones: the Hounslow and District League Division One in 2003–04, then the Middlesex County League Open Cup in 2006–07 and 2007–08, and the Middlesex Premier Cup in 2009–10. Ashford Town (Middlesex) are the nearest derby opponents, and Bedfont & Feltham are the other local rival.

Several players have gone on from the club. Carl Stewart came through Watford's youth system and made his competitive debut for them in 2017. Ricky Wellard played for AFC Wimbledon and Cambridge United. David Pitt, a striker, won caps for St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

The club began in 2002 as a Saturday side for the existing Bedfont Sunday team. Soon afterwards it took in the Bedfont Eagles youth club, and that is where "The Eagles" comes from. Its red and black hoops still carry that name.
