The ground in Hakkari is a flat rectangle of artificial turf. The original stadium, known as Merzan Futbol Sahası, has been gone for a decade now. The city tore it down in 2014, ending its run of about thirty years. The old 5,000-seat building was replaced by a basic pitch with temporary stands. A plan to build a new 10,000-seat arena was announced the following year, but that project has not moved forward.

The current facility is the only football ground in the city. It is used by Hakkarigücü SK and Hakkari Spor FK. The surface is synthetic. The only thing visible is the pitch.

The address is Merzan Mahallesi, Hakkari Merkez. The club is operated by the Hakkari Youth Services and Sports Directorate. The stadium was originally opened in the mid-1980s, though the exact date is UNCLEAR . The new stadium that was promised is still a plan on paper.
