Opening night delivers for visitors
Nybro Vikings came away with a 2:3 victory over Östersunds IK in the first round of the Hockey Allsvenskan on Sunday evening. Both sides started with one win, no draws, no defeats and zero points — a fresh slate for both clubs.
The visitors had been in scoring mode ahead of this fixture. They'd put seven past Vimmerby, nine through Borås and won 4:3 twice in recent outings.
