Alex Nahuel Luna

Alex Nahuel Luna's breakthrough season came on loan at Instituto de Córdoba, where he made 53 appearances in 2025 and scored 14 goals across all competitions, including an equaliser against Talleres de Córdoba on 3 May 2025. The form was enough to convince the club to sign him permanently in January 2026, for a fee of around €1.0 million, on a contract running until the end of 2029.

Luna came through the youth ranks at Club 9 de Julio before joining Atlético de Rafaela, where he was top scorer of the 2019–20 academy season with 16 goals. He made his professional debut for Rafaela on 7 December 2020 and stayed under contract there until 2026, though loan spells took him elsewhere in the meantime. In January 2024 he moved to Independiente for a season, making 29 league appearances and scoring twice in the Copa Argentina, with a decisive goal against Juventud Unida (SL) on 3 May 2024. He was sent off during that loan spell, on 10 August 2024.

At international level, Luna represented Argentina at Under-15 level and was part of the squad that won the Vlatko Markovic International Tournament in Croatia in 2019. He was later named among the candidates for the 2021 South American Under-17 Championship but did not feature in the tournament itself.
