Gustavo Caraballo

Gustavo Caraballo signed his first professional contract with Orlando City B at the age of 14, on 14 August 2023, making him the youngest player in the club's history to turn professional. The academy graduate, who came through the club's youth ranks, made his debut for the reserve side just over a year later, on 28 August 2024. His rise continued in February 2025, when Orlando City handed him a short-term deal with the first team, and on 1 March 2025 he made his senior debut at 16 years and 184 days old — the youngest player ever to appear for Orlando City SC. The club rewarded him with a long-term homegrown contract running through 2027, with an option for a further year.

At the 2025 Generation adidas Cup, he scored both goals as Orlando City beat Colorado Rapids 2-1 after extra time in the Under-18 final, and was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player. It followed an earlier prize, the Golden Boot at the 2023 edition of the tournament at Under-15 level. He was also picked for the 2025 MLS NEXT All-Star Game, scoring in the Eastern Conference's 4-3 win over the West.

At international level, the Venezuelan has represented his country's Under-17 side, scoring three goals in ten caps, and has added two appearances for the Under-20s. In September 2025 he received a call-up to the senior Venezuela squad for friendlies against Argentina and Belize the following month.

In MLS NEXT Pro, Caraballo has featured regularly for Orlando City B, scoring five goals in 17 appearances during the 2026 campaign.
