Bromley U21

Steve Aris has run Bromley's development squad since July 2021. He kept the U21 job through the club's rise and picked up the first-team assistant's role in July 2025 without giving it up.

Ben Krauhaus went to Brentford for a club-record fee in January 2024 while still out on loan at Bromley. Damola Ajayi made his senior debut for Tottenham Hotspur in the Europa League in January 2025, then came back to Bromley on loan the following year. Mia Lockett moved the other way through the women's game, joining Tottenham Hotspur Women from the girls' academy.

None of that shows up in the U21 side's own results. The team plays in the Premier League Cup, known this season as the Bristol Street Motors Trophy, without a nickname of its own and without a major honour to its name. It sits in the shadow of a first team that won the FA Trophy in 2022, went up to the Football League for the first time in 132 years in 2024, and followed that with the League Two title.
