ARBÖ-Arena

The ARBÖ-Arena in Traiskirchen is not a place that keeps secrets; it has simply been here long enough to see the seasons change without fuss. Opened in 1991 as the "Sport- und Freizeitzentrum Traiskirchen," the ground has traded names and upgrades but remains a fixture of the district.

The facility sits quietly at the end of Hochmühlstraße. That same renovation brought the lighting up to a standard that would later suit the second tier of Austrian football. In 2022, the LEDs were replaced again by SmartArena, bringing the illumination to 500 Lux, though no one outside the club needs to know the exact number.

The name ARBÖ-Arena was adopted in 2023. The primary tenant is FCM Traiskirchen, a club formed from the merger of FC Möllersdorf and SV Arkadia Traiskirchen in 2007. The venue has hosted Austrian Cup matches against sides like WSG Tirol and SCR Altach, and in November 2024, it saw a charity fixture against FK Austria Wien to support the local club after floods. The stands hold 3,500 people, a capacity that has not changed since the covered grandstand was built in 2008.
