Krooner Park

The ground owes its existence to a horse that won two races at Haydock Park in 1920, the proceeds from which funded the construction. The venue was officially opened on 26 December 1923. The club sold the ground back to the local council in 1939, a transaction that marked a shift in management rather than a renovation of the facilities.

The playing surface is natural grass, and the ground is equipped with floodlights, which were installed in 1974. The first floodlit match took place on 14 October 1974 against Crystal Palace in a friendly, drawing an estimated 3,100 spectators. That crowd size was noted as a ground record at the time, likely including standing capacity. The current capacity is 1,976, including 196 seated places.

A major regeneration plan was approved in 2015, valued at £2.5 million. This project, funded through private investment in partnership with Pace Soccer Centres, included the creation of a football centre with eight artificial pitches, a new clubhouse, changing rooms, spectator seating, and an elevated car park for 82 spaces. The development cost the taxpayer nothing.

The record attendance is 2,066, set on 10 November 1992, during an Isthmian League Third Division match against Aldershot Town. Krooner Park has hosted notable FA Cup matches, including the club's best-ever run to the First Round Proper in the 1998–99 season, with key home games such as the Fourth Qualifying Round victory over St Blazey. The ground regularly hosts FA Vase ties and FA Youth Cup matches, including a Third Round draw against Liverpool.
