Stade OPOW de Rouissat

It sits on the route de Rouissat in the Rouissat locality. Stade OPOW de Rouissat carries the name of an operator, but most locals still call it Stade du 18-Février, keeping the old name for the day it opened in November 1992. The surface is artificial turf, and the ground holds 18,000 spectators. MB Rouisset and RB Ouargla share the ground, and their matches draw the crowd in waves rather than in peaks. The stadium has hosted Coupe de Wilaya finals and early rounds of the Coupe d'Algérie, where the pitch sometimes cuts up badly after the rain and the ball slows down. It is the only large venue in the area, so when things came to a head in the local leagues, the stadium fell silent before the whistle.

The floodlights stand tall at the corners, and the road curves around the back where the parking area fills up early. There is no attendance record that stands out, but the supporters hold every card when their teams play against each other. The ground keeps its side in it through the long season, and the artificial surface takes the wear without showing it until the edges fray.
