The Uusikaupunki Areena sits at the end of Pohjoistullitie, and the local club has moved its home games to a building that opened in February 2025. The capacity for a basketball game is 1,700, yet the new venue carries the same team, the Korihait, who won the championship in 1990 and the Finnish Cup twice while playing on the previous floor.
Uusikaupunki has always been a port town. The town council commissioned the complex, and SRV Rakennus Oy built it, but the building itself is only one part of the Monitoimijatalo Wintteri, a larger facility that also hosts concerts and community gatherings.
