In the Club Friendly game on 13 October 2026, Savo beat Kyky 3:2.
Match report
Savo claimed a 3:2 victory over Kyky in a club friendly on October 13th. The result came after both sides had been in mixed form heading into the encounter.
Savo entered the match with mixed recent results, having lost 2:3 to Oulu Volley on October 8th but also securing a 3:0 victory over Aaka-Volley earlier in April. Kyky, meanwhile, had suffered defeats to both Tikkerit and Aaka-Volley in their last outings, losing 1:3 on October 9th and 1:3 on April 1st respectively.
The scoreline suggests a closely contested affair. Kyky had shown they could compete, taking a 2:3 loss to Aaka-Volley in March and even picking up a 3:2 victory over Tikkerit on March 14th. Savo's recent defeats to Oulu and Hurricane had left questions about their consistency.
The result extends Savo's winning momentum slightly, though it remains a friendly with limited competitive weight. Kyky's form has been inconsistent, with losses to Aaka-Volley in both April and March, and a defeat to Tikkerit in October.
