About the player
Bogdan Moskvichev made his senior debut for Zenit in the Russian Cup against Baltika Kaliningrad, a match Zenit won 1–0. Before that, his path ran through Zenit-2, where he debuted in the Second League in June 2022, and then two loan spells that gave him regular senior football: a season with Chayka in Peschanokopskoye, where the club finished as runners-up in the Second League's Division A, and a season at Orenburg, where he played 17 matches in the Russian Premier League and a further five in the Russian Cup.
He returned to Zenit as part of the squad that won the Russian Championship and the Russian Super Cup, though injuries and his time out on loan meant he did not feature in the league matches that decided the title.
Moskvichev has also been a regular at youth level for Russia, progressing through the U-16, U-17 and U-18 sides before stepping up to the U-21s, where he made his debut against Belarus in November 2023 and has continued to be called up since.
With Zenit-2's youth sides, he also picked up a silver medal in the Youth Football League in successive seasons.
