Éulogé Mèmè Placca Fessou

Éulogé Mèmè Placca Fessou arrived at Yelimay Semey in February 2025 on a free transfer from South Korea's Jeonnam Dragons. In the 2026 Kazakhstan Premier League campaign he has started all 23 matches he has featured in, totalling 1,750 minutes on the pitch, and has scored seven goals, two of them from the penalty spot, while adding three assists.

The Togolese forward's path to Kazakhstan began at OC Agaza in his home country, where he came through the youth ranks before making his senior debut. A move to Switzerland followed, with Servette FC in the Challenge League, before he crossed into Belgium in 2014. There he spent the bulk of his career, first with KFCO Beerschot-Wilrijk in the Third Division, then with K Beerschot VA, for whom he made 91 appearances and scored 28 goals across six seasons. He was part of the Beerschot side that won the Belgian First Amateur Division in 2016–17, and during his time at the club he also went out on loan to Lierse Kempenzonen and to Kuwait's Al Tadhamon.

In 2022 Fessou joined FC Shakhtyor Soligorsk in Belarus, scoring 13 goals in 39 matches and winning the Belarusian Premier League title before his move to Jeonnam Dragons and, subsequently, Yelimay.

He has represented Togo at international level since 2012, and by August 2026 had earned 36 caps for the national team, scoring nine goals.
