About the player
Squadrone came through the youth system at Estudiantes de La Plata and made his first-team debut on 31 October 2020, starting a Copa de la Liga Profesional match away to Aldosivi that finished goalless. He never established himself in the side, though; across two seasons registered with the club he spent most of his time out on loan, moving to CD El Ejido 2012 in Spain for the 2021-2022 campaign. Estudiantes went on to win the Copa Argentina in 2023 and the Copa de la Liga Profesional in 2024, but Squadrone was on loan at Linares Deportivo and Beroe Stara Zagora respectively during those title runs and made no first-team appearances in either competition.
His move away from Argentina became permanent in July 2022, when he joined Linares Deportivo on a free transfer. He then signed for Bulgarian side Beroe Stara Zagora, where he spent two seasons. From there he went to Flamurtari in Albania in July 2025, before returning to Bulgaria to join Cherno More Varna on a free transfer.
Born in Cipolletti, Río Negro, the right-footed defender holds both Argentine and Italian citizenship. He has not been capped by Argentina at any level.
