Oussama Targhalline

Targhalline's route to Feyenoord ran through a spell in Ligue 2. Released by Olympique de Marseille in January 2023 after breaking through from the club's academy — via the Mohammed VI Football Academy in Casablanca — he joined Le Havre on a free transfer and became part of the squad that won the Ligue 2 title that season. He went on to make 40 league appearances for the Normandy club before his move to Feyenoord in February 2025, signing a contract until mid-2028.

The clearest marker of his career so far came with Morocco's youth sides. He scored the winning goal in the 2023 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations final against Egypt, a 2–1 win that delivered the trophy. He then went a step further at the 2024 Paris Olympics, playing in every match of a run that ended with a 6–0 win over Egypt in the bronze medal match. Between those two tournaments he had already collected UNAF titles at U-17 and U-20 level.

His senior international career has followed the same trajectory. Called up to the full Morocco squad, he was part of the group that won the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, a final settled in unusual circumstances after Senegal walked off the pitch and the match was awarded to Morocco as a 3–0 forfeit, a ruling later upheld by CAF's Appeal Board. By January 2026 he had earned 11 caps for the national team.

His time at Marseille itself was brief and largely spent with the reserve side; a loan to Alanyaspor in Turkey added Süper Lig experience before the move to Le Havre reset his career at senior level.
