Belotin

A 3-2 win over TJ Postřelmov in the final of the Krajský pohár KFS Olomouc, the regional cup, sent Bělotín through to the MOL Cup, the national competition, in 2026. Postřelmov are no strangers to Bělotín — the two sides meet regularly in I. A třída skupina B, and although no name has ever been attached to the fixture. The same season brought a second trophy: the club's older youth side beat TJ Sokol Kovalovice 7-4 to take the 5. liga starších žáků title.

Permission to build a pitch followed in 1950.

Since then, Bělotín's league record has been a matter of climbing and slipping straight back rather than settling anywhere. The club won promotion out of I. A třída Olomouckého kraje in 2008/09, then finished 14th in the Přebor Olomouckého kraje the following season and dropped back down. The same sequence played out again in 2022/23, when Bělotín won I. A třída once more and returned to the Přebor.

Home matches are played at the Stadion Bělotín, a ground without fixed seating.
