Bregalnica Delcevo

Bregalnica Golak Delčevo sit sixth in the East Group of the 3rd Macedonian Football League after the 2025–26 season.

Promotion arrived in 2002–03 after Bregalnica won the Second League, but the following campaign in the Prva Makedonska Liga ended with the club bottom of the table, its seven points reduced by a three-point deduction, and an immediate return to the lower tiers. Stanley Ibe, a Nigerian forward, played that season before moving on to build a career in the Czech Republic and Latvia.

The club itself did not survive intact. Founded in 1926, the original Bregalnica Delčevo folded in 2012 for lack of sponsorship. Jovica Trajčev, capped four times for the national side, turned out for the reconstituted club in 2016–17.

What has not changed is the fixture that matters most locally: the Pijanec Derby against FK Sasa from nearby Makedonska Kamenica. Bregalnica's support, known as the Aramii, still gathers at the Gradski stadion Goce Delčev.
