Korona Kielce II

The Świętokrzyska Regional Cup of 2008/2009 is the one silverware Korona II Kielce can call fully its own, won the same season it topped Group VII of the III liga, with a 4:1 defeat of Pogoń Staszów in the final. That double season sits above everything else the reserve team has done since it started life in 2003/2004 as "rezerwy Kolportera Korony Kielce," going through Klasa A that first year without losing once and earning a jump straight to the fifth tier.

The climb continued, and by 2006/2007 the side had reached the III liga for the first time. The team was shut down for the 2017/2018 season and brought back the year after.

Kielce still has its own derby without Korona in it directly: Korona II plays Orlęta Kielce, and the fixture keeps the name Derby Kielc alive locally, a continuation of the rivalry the first team once had with Błękitni Kielce before that club folded in 2000.

Wearing the same gold and red as the senior side and answering to the same nicknames, Złocisto-Krwiści and Scyzory, the reserves have never needed an identity apart from Korona's. They play at the Stadion MOSiR on ulica Szczepaniaka, a 5,000-capacity ground separate from the first team's home, in a city that keeps both versions of the derby going at once.
