Two Dutch U19 championships sit on the youth academy's record, in 2017/18 and 2023/24, both won under the PSV badge rather than any separate identity — the age group borrows the parent club's founding, its colours and its name. In Europe the run has stopped short each time, without pushing further.

The team trains and plays at TenCate Stadion De Herdgang on the PSV Campus, a ground built for development football rather than crowds, holding 2,500. What the academy has produced there matters more than any trophy at this level. In 2007 the club's youth setup was rated the best in the Netherlands, a judgement the list of names since has done little to contradict.

Results at Under-19 level feed into the rivalries the first team already carries.
