AIS Grass Field 2

The ground sits on Masterman Street in the suburb of Bruce. It opened as part of the complex on 26 January 1981, when the Australian Institute of Sport was launched by Prime Minister Malcolm Fraser. While the campus has hosted eight founding sports, this specific field has always served football. The playing surface is natural grass, cut and maintained for high-performance training. Floodlights are installed.

Academy FC treats the pitch as a primary venue, using it for matches within the Capital Football league structure. The facility also hosts fixtures for the National Premier Leagues, including games for Canberra Olympic FC and West Canberra Wanderers FC. Beyond club football, the Pararoos have held training camps here, most recently in November 2018 before their 2019 Asian Championships campaign.
