Axis Bird Stadium
Tottori, Japan
Formerly: Tottori Stadium, Tottori Bank Bird Stadium
Gainare Tottori play there. The council owns the site, and the Tottori City Sports Promotion Corporation runs the day-to-day operations.
The stadium opened in 1995 as Tottori Stadium and has carried three names. A significant seismic retrofit was carried out in 2012, following the Tōhoku earthquake, with the roof structure and seating reinforced. The pitch was replaced at the same time. The venue also hosted a friendly between Ecuador and Senegal during the 2002 FIFA World Cup when the South American side set up a training camp in the region.
There is no attendance record that stands out in the archives. The stadium sits at 423 Kurata, in the Kurata district of the city, and the official website is sports-tottori.or.jp.
