What makes the Campo sportivo di Domagnano distinct is not its size, but its exposure to the elements. Situated in one of the nine castelli of the Republic of San Marino, the ground sits at Strada Campanaccio, 47895 Domagnano. It opened in 1998, but the weather has always been the main opponent.

The stadium holds 500 spectators. The pitch is artificial, a change implemented in October 2024 by the San Marino Football Federation (FSGC) to address subsidence issues that plagued the natural grass. Before that, it had seen a major renovation in 2016. The surface measures 100 meters by 64 meters.

FC Domagnano has called this place home since its inception in 1966, originally known as SP Domagnano. AC Libertas, the oldest club in San Marino founded in 1928, also uses the stadium occasionally, though their primary venue is the Campo Sportivo di Borgo Maggiore. Neither club plays national team matches or major finals here. Those events take place at larger neutral venues like the Stadio Olimpico in Serravalle.

Wind is the defining feature. In November 2023, violent gusts over 120 km/h ripped mobile container units from their foundations and destroyed benches, nearly forcing the cancellation of a match between Libertas and Tre Penne. Another notable event was the Trofeo Unicef San Marino charity tournament in June 2012. Youth matches for the San Marino Academy have also been hosted here.

The ground has no official attendance record. It is a local pitch where the wind goes straight through it. The reality on the ground is simpler: a place where the weather dictates the pace of the game far more than tactics do. The surface is synthetic now, but the conditions remain the same.
