The municipal council approved a major rehabilitation project in May 2025. They will demolish an old swimming pool that sat in the flood zone and landscape the surrounding park. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026. Inside, the pitch is natural grass, but the transition to a 3G synthetic surface was planned for the summer of 2025. The timing suggests the club is trying to protect the playing area from future rains and the wear of promotion matches. Union Rochefortoise, the home side, won the ACFF Amateur Division 3 title in 2023 and followed it up with another promotion in 2024. They are now staring at the drop in the higher tiers, and the ground needs to hold up. The capacity is reported as 1,500, which is enough for a weekend in the provincial leagues. There are no records of attendance figures that would make headlines, nor any mention of concerts or other events. It is simply a place for football.
