SC Partizan-Teleoptik

SC Partizan-Teleoptik is Partizan's training ground in Zemun. Around the changing rooms, though, it goes by Zemunelo .

The site opened on 28 May 1998, after roughly six years of building on open ground west of Zemun. The push came from within the club itself: general secretary Žarko Zečević, sporting director Nenad Bjeković, stadium director Aleksandar Stepanović and former coach Ivica Osim were behind the project in the early 1990s, before construction even began.

What sets it apart from a standard academy pitch is the scale underneath the low capacity.

The 2,000-seat figure on the card reflects the ground's history rather than its current shape: works begun in November 2025 are adding new stands for around 1,000 places, part of a wider rebuild of the site's infrastructure that follows an earlier round of renovation in 2004.
