Stadion Trešnjica
Golubovci, Montenegro
Formerly: no data
Golubovci sits in the Zeta plain south of Podgorica, and the stadium takes its name from the Trešnjica, the small river running past it — the setting does more to place the ground than the town itself does. It has hosted FK Zeta since 1996, built in the years after the club's promotion pushed it beyond what an earlier ground could hold.
At 5,000 capacity, Trešnjica is disproportionate to Golubovci's size, a legacy of Zeta's spell in Yugoslav and later Montenegrin top-flight football, when crowds from Podgorica made the short trip south. The club has since settled into a more modest rhythm, and the stadium now serves a role larger than the everyday gates suggest — built for occasions the calendar does not always provide.
