Suwon World Cup Stadium
Suwon, South Korea
Constructed by Samsung C&T Corporation for the 2002 FIFA World Cup, it sits in Paldal-gu, Suwon.
Inside, the atmosphere belongs to Suwon Samsung Bluewings. The club has played its home matches here since opening in 2001, though they currently compete in the K League 2. The playing surface is natural grass, which was replaced entirely in the 2024/2025 period due to aging infrastructure.
The stadium also hosts cultural events, particularly K-pop concerts. The SM Town Live 2022: SMCU Express concert took place here in August 2022, featuring artists such as Super Junior and Girls' Generation. Previous events included the Suwon K-Pop Super Concert in June 2016.
The official address is 310 Worldcup-ro, Paldal-gu. The venue is managed by the Gyeonggi Suwon World Cup Stadium Management Foundation. It has never had an official sponsorship-based name change.
