Omarska had arrived with a string of setbacks — losses to Velež, Letar, and Potkozarje, plus a defeat to Romaniya Pale. They had managed a zero-zero draw against Majevica Lopare, but the run had left them searching for confidence. To be fair, the pattern of results suggested a side that needed something to shift.
