Alexandru Marian Musi

Alexandru Musi came up through Valencia's academy before returning home to join FCSB in 2016, and broke into the first team in 2021. Across two seasons he made just seven appearances for FCSB, and the club sent him out on loan to find rhythm elsewhere. At CSM Politehnica Iași in the first half of 2023 he found it quickly, scoring five goals in 13 Liga II appearances as the side won the championship and went up. A second loan, to Petrolul Ploiești for the 2023–24 season, gave him a full campaign of senior football, and he repaid it with 37 league appearances and five goals in all competitions.

He returned to FCSB for 2024–25 a different player, a regular contributor rather than a fringe option, with 21 league appearances and three goals as the club won the Liga I title. He also played in FCSB's 3–0 win over Corvinul Hunedoara in the Supercupa României.

In July 2025 Musi left FCSB for Dinamo București on a free transfer, part of a deal that also involved Dennis Politic, signing a contract running to 2029 and taking the number 7 shirt — a switch between two of Bucharest's fiercest rivals that will not have gone unnoticed by either set of supporters.

A left winger who can also play as an attacking midfielder despite favouring his right foot, Musi has represented Romania at every youth level from under-18 to under-21, scoring at both under-18 and under-20 level along the way.
