Ibrahim Fofana

Ibrahim Fofana grew up playing in France, at Jeanne d'Arc de Drancy, before returning to Ivorian football with LFA and then moving to Amiens SC in January 2022. He spent his first season and a half with the reserve side, Amiens SC B, where 36 appearances and three goals were recorded. He signed his first professional contract on 30 June 2023, tying him to the club until 2026.

At senior level Fofana made close to sixty appearances across all competitions during his time there, though goals and assists were rare: a single goal and two assists over that span.

In July 2026 he left France for Belgium, joining KVC Westerlo on a four-year deal running to 2030. The move came with his market value estimated at €3 million. He ranked first in the squad for key passes and interceptions per match in the 2026/2027 season, and had made six appearances with one assist by late in the year.

Fofana has also represented Ivory Coast at under-23 level.
