About the player
Naoufal Bouhamdi-Kamoni came through the KV Mechelen academy before moving on to RSC Anderlecht in 2020, where he spent the rest of his youth career. He stayed with the club long enough to break into their reserve side, RSCA Futures, in the Challenger Pro League, and made his first senior appearance for that team in the 2025–26 season. He never signed a professional contract with Anderlecht's first team.
In January 2026, Bouhamdi-Kamoni joined KVC Westerlo on a free transfer, signing a contract until June 2029 with an option for a further season. No fee changed hands in the deal.
He holds Belgian nationality but has chosen to represent Morocco at youth level, and is currently part of the Morocco Under-20 squad. He has yet to win a cap at that level, and has no involvement with the senior Moroccan national team.
